  8. Applicant is to select the correct course & class commerce date during the registration.
  9. Applicant is to ensure there is a web camera on the laptop/notebook/PC or equipment before signing up for Virtual Live Class (VLC).
  10. Knowledgehut Solutions PTE LTD will not be liable for any failures due to incorrect course/class commerce date selected or inability to access Virtual Live Class due to the absence of a webcam.
  11. Applicant shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions of any applicable funding scheme as approved by Knowledgehut Solutions PTE LTD. For courses supported by funding agencies/government bodies, a trainee may be permitted to pay upfront only a portion of the course fee (less the potential amount) at the point of application. In the event that the trainee fails to meet any of the requirements set under the funding scheme (as stated below or otherwise) or has been granted funding for the same course before, and thereby resulting that his / her application for funding claim is rejected by the respective funding agency due to any reasons, Learner is liable to pay the balance of the course fee (ie the potential funding amount) to Knowledgehut Solutions PTE LTD or to the relevant funding agency:
    • Learner achieves less than the minimum attendance required by the course.
    • Learner fails to sit for the required examinations/assessments. (where applicable)
    • Learner fails the required examination/assessment. (where applicable)
  • I have read and accepted the above Terms and Conditions and noted that this will take immediate effect upon enrolment.
  • I acknowledge that I have received and understood the details of the Pre-Course Advisory with all course details.
  • I agree to enter into a Learner’s Contract with Knowledgehut Solutions PTE LTD by completing and submitting this Enrolment Form. The Learner’s Contract encompasses our mutual agreement on the course title, course dates, subsidies calculation, net fee payable and payment methods. This will take immediate effect upon enrolment.
